Happy weekend, friends! 🍣 I finally got to try that Vegas Japanese spot I’d been craving! It’s run by a sweet Japanese grandpa 👴—the sashimi is super fresh, and the sweet shrimp is absolutely amazing! Couldn’t wait to share this with you all. Special Chutoro Sakura Box Bluefin tuna slices, uni, caviar, and minced raw tuna. The medium-fatty tuna is rich, buttery, and just melts in your mouth—so delicious! 😋 Special Kaisen Chirashi Five different types of sashimi plus bluefin tuna over a bowl of brown rice mixed with sesame and seaweed flakes. Sweet Shrimp Their sweet shrimp is seriously worth trying—fresh, sweet, and satisfying! 🍤 Tako Wasabi Their chopped wasabi octopus doesn’t come with seaweed (extra cost), so we added some. Tasty! 😋 Agedashi Tofu The fried tofu was just okay—nothing too memorable.
