Las Vegas Japanese Food – Must-Try Recommendation! 🍣✨
The most delightful surprise of this Vegas trip! We originally wanted to book the popular Raku, but it was tough to get a reservation over Thanksgiving. Last minute, we found Sushi Hiroyoshi – and even though they were fully booked for the holiday, they called us saying a table had just freed up! We didn’t have high expectations, but the experience was absolutely amazing – no wonder it’s 5 stars on Yelp! 🍣 Food: We ordered two of their signature TOKU-Jo Sushi – an Omakase-style meal where the chef decides what to serve. This was the real highlight – beautiful presentation and top-tier quality. It included sweet shrimp, tuna, and if you’re lucky, some rare sashimi cuts! Every piece was incredibly fresh, melted in the mouth, with distinct layers of flavor. My first bite almost moved me to tears – haven’t had such an impressive meal in a while. You could really feel the chef’s dedication and decades of pursuit for perfection. We also tried some à la carte dishes like the Grilled Black Cod (server-recommended) – tasty, but not as stunning as the TOKU-Jo Sushi. 👩🍳 Service: Warm, friendly, and attentive – all staff and chefs are Japanese. They frequently checked in, offered recommendations, and explained each ingredient. 💰 Price: Given the freshness, service, and exceptional taste, the value is excellent. We spent $135 before tax for two. The next day we finally got into Raku – personally, I felt it wasn’t as impressive or good value compared to Sushi Hiroyoshi, though they focus more on grilled items. Still worth trying if you love yakitori! Overall – if you’re into sushi and Japanese food in Vegas, give Sushi Hiroyoshi a chance. You won’t be disappointed! #JapaneseCuisine #LasVegasEats #RestaurantRecommendation #Omakase #SushiLovers
