Las Vegas Japanese Food 🍣 Happy Hour $34 Sashimi Platter!

After hiking near Red Rock Canyon, we stopped by a sushi spot close to the Red Rock Hotel. We arrived around 2 PM, but the restaurant didn’t open until 3 PM—so we waited an hour… and it was totally worth it! 😆 As soon as we sat down, the server told us about the Happy Hour specials from 3–5 PM. I ordered the chef’s recommended sashimi platter for just $34! 🎉 It came with salmon, tuna, flying fish roe, grilled eel, squid, and more—all served over a bed of rice. They also included a complimentary seaweed salad and miso soup! 🤣 Insanely good deal! 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 There were about 12 generous slices of sashimi—super fresh, thick, and delicious! 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 We also tried the grilled black cod for $38 🐟, a few sushi rolls, and a cucumber salad. For $34, this Happy Hour deal is unbeatable!
