After the Michelin Guide stopped rating Las Vegas restaurants post‑2009, Joël Robuchon has continued to shine as that legendary three‑star French fine‑dining destination 🇫🇷🌟🌟🌟. Fun fact: In Tokyo Girl, they say a woman who dines at Joël Robuchon before turning 30 is a “good woman” 👩🏻💅 But in my opinion: 🦆 Peking duck should be paired with sweet bean sauce, not salty-savory caviar. 🥟 Soup dumplings should be filled with juicy pork, not sweet black truffle broth.
