Las Vegas Michelin Chinese Cuisine | Wing Lei at Wynn 🥢✨

A Cantonese restaurant where service, ambiance, and food are all on point—also the first Chinese restaurant in North America to earn a Michelin star! Midway through the meal, I already knew I’d be coming back. While I don’t have a special attachment to the Wynn Palace, their dining scene truly impresses. 📍 Wing Lei 3131 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109 🔸 Starters 🦀️ King Crab Salad – Crab meat paired with mango and avocado, light and refreshing. You can also order the Wynn Platter, which includes this salad, ribs, and shrimp toast, but I wasn’t too interested in the latter two, so I ordered it solo. 🔸 Mains 🐟 Three-Cup Cod – A Taiwanese three-cup chicken preparation applied to cod. Thought I’d need an adventurous mindset to try it, but it turned out genuinely delicious! 🐚 Black Truffle Stir-Fried Scallops – Rich truffle aroma that pairs wonderfully with scallops. Since the ingredients themselves are high-quality, I assume the chef’s touch wasn’t overly complicated—but it was still delicious as expected. 🔸 Desserts 🍒 Morello Cherry Delight – A stunning "long ying" cherry dessert, both beautiful and tasty. Much larger than expected—consider sharing between two people! 😄 🍵 Hojicha Caramel Mousse – Also beautifully crafted, not too sweet (perfect for Asian palates). Personally, I prefer richer desserts, so this one felt a bit like a refined mung bean cake—smooth but not particularly exciting. 🎁 Complimentary Desserts As we were about to ask for the check, the server brought over a dessert tower. Every piece was adorable, and honestly, they might have been even tastier than the desserts we ordered! Before leaving, they also gifted us a coconut cake—which I unfortunately forgot on the way home, so I never got to try it. 😅 💬 I was initially drawn to Wing Lei for their Hong Kong Garoupa and Geoduck Sashimi, but both were out of stock that day. Thankfully, everything else we ordered was flawless. Next time I’m in Vegas, I’ll book ahead and feast on their seafood! #LasVegasEats #VegasFood #VegasChineseFood #CantoneseCuisine #MichelinDining
