Las Vegas Michelin One-Star | L’Atelier by Joël Robuchon

💬 Fine dining in Vegas — hit or miss? This time, I visited L’Atelier by Joël Robuchon inside the casino. Honestly, walking in was a bit of a letdown — the space felt more cramped and noisy than expected, with the casino buzz somewhat killing that “luxury vibe.” However, the counter-style seating was pretty cool — getting a front-row view of chefs meticulously plating and cooking right before your eyes felt like watching a live culinary theater 🎭. ✨ Service deserves applause! As soon as we sat down, the server asked if we had show tickets that night, then timed every course perfectly around our schedule — incredibly thoughtful. I’ve truly felt the next-level hospitality in the US lately — they genuinely want you to have a great experience. 🍽 We ordered the set menu (à la carte also available). Luckily, it was truffle season, so we added a truffle risotto. Overall, nothing mind-blowing, but the flavors were pleasant — light, fresh, and well-executed. 🧾 Last pic is our receipt — what do you think? Worth it or not? 🙃 #LasVegas #VegasTravel #VegasEats #LasVegasFood #LasVegasLife #VegasCheckIn
