This restaurant is owned by celebrity chef and TV host Gordon Ramsay, famous for his Michelin-starred flair — and their signature Beef Wellington is the star of the show! The vibe is electric, just like the show — the kitchen is split into red and blue teams, making it feel like you’re watching a live cooking competition 🤩. We came for Gordon’s fame, but the food exceeded all expectations! We recommend the HK Signature Prix Fixe menu ($96 per person). We ordered one set plus à la carte dishes — almost everything was a hit! ✨ Beef Wellington Amazingly tender beef cooked medium-rare, wrapped in buttery, flaky pastry — pure satisfaction in every bite 😋🥩. ✨ Pan Seared Scallops Part of the prix fixe (choose between scallops or beet salad). The scallops paired with pea purée created a lovely, layered texture. ✨ Lobster Risotto Surprisingly delicious! Fresh lobster meat with truffle risotto — I couldn’t stop eating it. Still brings back happy memories 🥰. ✨ Crispy Skin Salmon Lives up to its name — the skin was crispier and tastier than the fish itself. The fennel salad underneath was a nice touch, but honestly, stick with the Wellington — salmon is easier to find elsewhere 😂. ✨ Sticky Toffee Pudding Included in the set — highly recommended! Some warned it might be rich, but we found it perfectly balanced, just slightly sweet. Way better than typical American desserts 🤩.
