🥘 Las Vegas Nabe Hot Pot – A Balanced Review 🧐

Tried Nabe Hot Pot for lunch during a recent work trip — it’s been getting a lot of buzz online. Since it was Veterans Day, lunch was priced at $30 per person for everyone, which is pretty reasonable for AYCE. ✅ The Good: Wide variety of meats — we tried almost everything except chicken and pork. Quality was decent! Great spot for meat lovers 🥩 Dipping sauces were a highlight — you gotta experiment a bit. The best combo we found was spicy chili oil + a bottled chili sauce + green onions — perfect with meat! Self-serve veggies, mushrooms, and noodles — solid selection 🥬🍄 Matcha ice cream for dessert — small but delicious! 🍵🍨 ❌ The Not-So-Good: Broth is very mild — don’t expect a rich, spicy, or flavorful base. It’s more like a light Japanese-style broth. You’ll rely heavily on the sauces. Sushi looked mediocre — we skipped it after seeing the next table’s order. Broth got saltier as we ate — we didn’t end up drinking much or cooking noodles in it. No proper waiting area — guests stand outside (must be brutal in summer ☀️). Time limit: 1 hour 20 minutes ⏳ 📌 Final Take: If you’re here for meat variety and freshness, it’s a solid AYCE deal! But don’t expect much from the broth or extras. #NabeHotPot #LasVegasFood #HotPotReview #AYCE #VegasEats #FoodieImpressions
