๐Ÿฃ Las Vegas Omakase | Kabuto โ€“ My All-Time Favorite Sushi Experience!

When it comes to Japanese food in Vegas, Kabuto holds a special place in my heart ๐Ÿ’– I did a lot of research before my first visit, and this spot consistently ranks high for both quality and value. Iโ€™ve now been twice โ€” and it never disappoints! ๐Ÿ”ฅ Their grilled items used to be the absolute standout โ€” my first visit in 2018 was unforgettable. Though the menu has changed recently (fewer grilled options), the quality is still top-tier. Donโ€™t be fooled by how delicate everything looks โ€” youโ€™ll leave stuffed! ๐Ÿคฃ The omakase includes around 12 pieces of nigiri โ€” so if youโ€™re not into raw fish, maybe think twice ๐ŸŸ ๐Ÿ“… Reservations: Book ahead! During the pandemic, they only took 4โ€“5 tables per night. Request counter seats โ€” watching the chef craft each piece is half the fun, and itโ€™s way more photogenic ๐Ÿ“ธ Walk-ins might work if there are last-minute cancellations (thatโ€™s how I got in the second time! ๐Ÿ€) ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ Service: The chefs are Japanese, and the servers (soft-spoken Japanese ladies) are incredibly sweet and attentive. On my second visit, I didnโ€™t sit at the counter, but the server brought me several small plates just so I could take pretty photos of the sushi โ€” so thoughtful! ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿ’ฐ Pricing: On my first visit, I had the $120 menu (which was amazing). Post-pandemic, they seem to have just one option: $100 per person (excluding drinks & tip). I personally preferred the $120 menu, but the $100 is still a fantastic experience. ๐Ÿ’ซ Writing this makes me want to go back to Kabuto againโ€ฆ If youโ€™re in Vegas, make time for this gem! #KabutoLV #VegasOmakase #SushiLovers #HiddenGem #FineDining #LasVegasEats
