Bazaar Meat by José Andrés Two tasting menus available — I chose the $290 one, which mainly adds one extra meat course compared to the $209 option. You can also order à la carte.👍❤️ The tartare had too much tomato for my taste — a bit too tangy and acidic. But everything else was solid. Favorites were the asparagus dish and the creamy mashed potatoes side, plus the signature foie gras cotton candy 🍬✨ The steak was good, though the 10oz portion was huge — I’d be full from just that.
