Las Vegas Strip Restaurant Guide Part 1

After three months of exploring the Strip, here’s my personal Red & Black List: 🍣 Sushi Samba (Venetian) Cuisine: American Japanese Flavor: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Price: $$$$ Vibe: Located in the middle of the mall — looks unassuming from outside, but opens up into a chic casual‑dining space. Highlights: Hokkaido Scallop appetizer is a must — surprising texture and flavor. Grilled sea bass and beef are solid. Sushi rolls are very fusion — the El Topo roll stood out (like a gourmet cheese‑crunch pizza bite!). 🎪 Le Cirque (Bellagio) Cuisine: Fine French Flavor: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Price: $$$$$ (Tasting menu $300‑$400) Vibe: Cozy, classic circus‑inspired decor. Quiet service (great for introverts!). Some tables offer views of the Bellagio fountains. Highlights: Menu is elegant and portions are generous for fine dining — the six‑course left me stuffed. The steak and potato mille‑feuille beside it were unforgettable. Best for special occasions — though Vegas has more dazzling options at this price point. 🥢 Hakkasan (MGM) Cuisine: Chinese Fusion Flavor: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Price: $$$ – $$$$ Vibe: Moody and atmospheric. Famous floral entrance (Instagram‑ready!). Turns into a club at night. Highlights: Went mainly for the Peking duck (no reservation needed). Less fatty than in China — I actually preferred it. Two‑way preparation, though portions aren’t huge. Dim sum isn’t recommended — too Americanized with unnecessary truffle/caviar add‑ons. 🍕 Allegro (Wynn) Cuisine: Casual Italian Flavor: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Price: $$$ – $$$$ Vibe: Compact but pleasant, right next to the theater — perfect for a pre‑show meal. Highlights: Won me over purely with flavor. Even my mom (who usually avoids Western food) loved their pizza! Bosco Pizza with truffle oil is incredibly fragrant. Eggplant Parmesan and Chicken Parmigiana are loaded with cheese. The chicken parm is thin but huge — ideal for hearty appetites. Risotto is okay. A great spot for satisfying, comfort‑style Italian. #LasVegasFood #FoodieGuide #VegasEats #StripDining 🍽️🎰
