Las Vegas Ultimate Steakhouse š„©āØ
Honestly, I canāt even tell which is Washugyu and which is Akaishiāboth are two-pound cuts of Japanese Wagyu! The meat is incredibly tender and rich in marbling. Ordered mediumāperfection! You canāt go wrong with either, but donāt order both unless you want a serious meat coma. We waited about an hour, but could smell it coming before it even reached the table 𤤠Lightly salted, pure meaty goodnessāno heavy seasoning needed. š Pan con Tomate ā Toasted bread slathered with fresh chunky tomato sauce. Crispy outside, soft inside, with a sweet bread balanced by tangy tomatoes. Perfect as an appetizer or to curb hunger during the long wait. š„Ŗ Sloppy Joe ā Meat sauce sandwich served with freshly fried crispy shoestring fries. The combo of crunchy and soft is geniusāthe bun is fluffy, not toasted, and soaked in savory Italian-style meat sauce. But the star might be those friesāso crispy I could eat a whole bowl alone! š Sweet Potato Side ā Actually purple sweet potato with a weird glazeānot a fan. Skip it. š„¬ Vegan "Tartare" ā Tomato-based "tartare" served with lettuce wraps. Refreshing and cleanāgreat palate cleanser after all that meat. Looks pretty too! š„ Potato PurĆ©e ā Creamy, buttery, and smoothānot too sweet. Highly recommend as a side. š„ BTM Croquetas (complimentary) ā Crispy fried bites with creamy potato filling. Served in a creative shoe-shaped plateāfun and tasty! š§ Onion Soup (cup) ā A must-try! Served like a cappuccino with frothy foam on top, filled with apple bits and nuts. Rich onion and mushroom flavorāstir and sip for a layered experience (careful, itās hot!). šļø Ambience is chic and atmosphericāgreat for a dressed-up night out. Took so many pics because the vibe (and the food) was just too good! šøš #VegasEats #Steakhouse #WagyuHeaven #LasVegasFood #FineDining #FoodieTravel #MeatLovers
