Las Vegas Vegas Food Adventure 😋

We first tried to grab brunch near Bellagio but got discouraged by the prices. So we decided to walk about 20 minutes to Din Tai Fung… but it ended up taking almost an hour to find! 🚶‍♀️💨 The streets here don’t follow normal logic — many restaurants are tucked inside hotels, and several hotels are interconnected. Relying only on maps made it super confusing! We had to weave through multiple hotel lobbies and finally asked hotel staff for directions. 🥟 Din Tai Fung Located inside Aria Hotel. We waited in line for 1–2 hours ⏳, and during that time, we went to nearby Eggslut and filled up, so we could only try a little at Din Tai Fung. We were seated at 3 PM, and the restaurant was half-empty — not sure why the wait was so long. Staff looked relaxed, even chatting together. Service was genuinely friendly, and the open kitchen showed hardworking staff carefully wrapping dumplings. ➠ Tried Red Oil Wontons, Pan-Fried Dumplings, Crab Roe Soup Dumplings, and Chocolate Xiao Long Bao. Tasty but not mind-blowing — maybe because we had the original in Taiwan just six months ago. The chocolate dumplings were a bit disappointing — Taiwan’s version was richer and more fragrant. Here, it tasted like basic American chocolate. 🍦 Aria Patisserie Passed by after Din Tai Fung and tried their gelato. The pistachio flavor was incredible — so natural and nutty, with real crushed pistachios inside! 🍯 Sour apple was tangy and unique — great if you like tart flavors. You can ask for a taste before ordering! 🍳 Eggslut A super popular brunch spot. Find Cosmopolitan Hotel and follow the signs. ➠ Fairfax Sandwich (egg burger) and Gaucho Sandwich (steak egg burger) were both delicious — stuffed and flavorful! ➠ Slut: Softly poached egg served in a jar with bread for dipping — simple but satisfying. ➠ Hash Browns: Crispy, thin slices — so good! ➠ Orange Juice: Fresh and pure but pricey — $7 for a tiny cup. 💸 🍹 Vanderpump à Paris Located in another hotel. We entered through Planet Hollywood and walked over. The restaurant is set in a never-ending indoor “sunny day,” with a very European vibe — street signs, dreamy decor — like stepping into a fairytale town. ✨ We came for drinks before a show. The interior is stunning and unique. Drinks are expensive, but you’re paying for the atmosphere. The menu looks like a newspaper — so cool! 📰 ➠ Anni-versailles: A birthday cocktail served on a golden tray with a crown 👑 — beautiful, tasty, and it even came with a free macaron! ➠ Louvre at 1st: Elegant drink served on a petal-covered plate with swirling smoke. 🌫️ ➠ French Poodle: Dreamy colored drink topped with a big marshmallow — perfect to balance the bitterness of the drink. ➠ Brie & Truffle: Fragrant black truffle flavor — good with drinks but a bit too rich for my taste. #VegasFoodie #LasVegasEats #FoodAdventure #TravelAndEat 🥂🎰
