Las Vegas📍Bellagio's Classic French Spot: Le Cirque 🎪

Visited this longtime French restaurant inside Bellagio on New Year’s Day. The dining room is cozy with limited seating, but the service was exceptionally warm. Our server shared that the decor, tables, and chairs haven’t changed in 25 years! 🍷 The menu was different for the holiday—only two options: 4-course or 6-course. We tried one of each. The 6-course added seared foie gras (so good!!!! tender like panna cotta) and a fish course. Both were tasty, but not sure it was worth the extra $200. 🍷 If Robuchon’s portions are small, Le Cirque’s are even tinier 🥲. The gnocchi course had just three small pieces. The Wellington was okay, but the pastry was soft, almost undercooked. Flavor was fine though. Our server joked that in the $200+ 4-course, the first course of crab with caviar and 24k gold probably costs $100 of that 😅. Maybe avoid holidays—regular days likely offer more choices and better value. Still, a memorable Bellagio fine-dining experience. 📍 Le Cirque Bellagio Hotel & Casino, 3600 S Las Vegas Blvd. #LeCirque #VegasEats #Bellagio #FrenchCuisine #LasVegas #VegasFood #VibeDining
