LAVO Italian Restaurant Review in Las Vegas 🍝✨

I saw great reviews online for LAVO Italian Restaurant, so I decided to visit after a show. Surprisingly, even close to 9 PM, the place was packed! 🕘🔥 I was told all reservations were full for the night, but high-top seating was available. Though it wasn’t the main dining area and felt a bit like fast dining, I really wanted to try it—so I stayed. And guess what? Every dish impressed! 👇 ⸻ 🥗 Caesar Della Casa The greens were incredibly fresh, and the dressing was light and refreshing—not the heavy traditional style. Really enjoyable! 🌿😋 🐟 Tuna Tartare The tuna was fresh, the avocado creamy, and the seasoning balanced perfectly. Though it’s an appetizer, the avocado made it filling enough to be a light meal on its own! 🥑🐠 🍝 Spaghetti & Meatball Rich tomato sauce (not too acidic!) with a giant, tender meatball and whipped cheese on top. Mixed together, it was creamy, savory, and a classic the whole family would love! 🧀🍅 🍗 Chicken Parmigiana Crispy on the outside, juicy inside, topped with tomato sauce and melted cheese.
