Le Botaniste: A Belgian Salad Adventure in NYC 🌿

Today, my friends and I tried out this Belgian restaurant that serves organic vegetarian food. 🥗 They also have desserts, juices, and wine on the menu. 🍮 The interior of the restaurant is clean and minimalist, and the staff are super friendly. You can even sample the food before you order. The front desk also offers samples of fresh juice. I tried the red beet detox juice, and it was so delicious! 👍🏻👍🏻 🌍 After that, we ordered a combo: the Botanical Salad with house wine, plus a seasonal special called Saag Bota, an Omega3 Brownie, and a Raspberry Raw Cake. None of the dishes disappointed us!
