The place isn't crowded, making it perfect for a leisurely meal with good company, where you can savor the food and enjoy a long, relaxed conversation. 🍽️💬 🤍Pate Maison: Is it pork pâté? It’s so flavorful and rich, similar to the concept of foie gras but with a grainy texture. The pickled onions that come with it are amazing, both refreshing and palate-cleansing. 🥩 🤍Escargots: These are the best snails I’ve ever had! The presentation is quite casual, not very fancy, but the snails are cooked to perfection. There’s no complicated seasoning; just simple garlic and celery with olive oil, which brings out the natural sweetness of the snails. 🐌 🤍Boeuf Bourguignon: This is a huge portion of beef burgundy stew.
