☕️🌟The store also has a signature Italian barista who's a handsome guy and has become popular for his looks. I saw that he used to have wavy hair, but after realizing the popularity boost from his buzz cut, he's kept it short ever since. Hahaha. Watching him brew the coffee is a visual treat. ☕️🌟 The must-try drinks at the shop are the two signature pour-overs, which are also the priciest options, though not as expensive as the ones at Perdu in Chengdu. Hahaha. I ordered the 2023 COE champion washed Gesha from Ecuador. The acidity was just right, and there was no astringent aftertaste. It's a great bean. I immediately bought two packs for myself and to give to friends. ☕️🌟 I came early and didn't have to wait in line, but by 11 a.m., the place was packed, with a wait time of at least two hours. #CoffeeLifestyle #TokyoTravel #TokyoCafeHopping 🌇
