LIC’s New Food Hall: Asian Eats Galore! 🥡🔥

LIC’s become a new Chinatown—so many Asian spots! Now there’s a fresh food hall (opened in August), and as a former LIC local, I’m jealous! 👉 10 diverse stalls—from mala xiang guo, rice noodles, and Japanese onigiri to bobo chicken, boba tea, and yogurt. Perfect for students & workers grabbing food on the go! 👉 Went on a busy weekend lunch—packed but worth it! Here are my top picks: 🍤 U Ni Rice: Shrimp Tempura Sandwich was a standout! Crispy shrimp, spam, and fluffy egg—still crunchy even after sitting awhile. So flavorful! 😋 🍲 Taipei Hang Mala Xiang Guo: Picked sausages, tofu skin, spam, and fatty beef. Spice level was just right—super satisfying! 🍚 Pho Vital: Lemongrass Pork Chop Rice—huge, tender chops with a slightly charred, savory glaze. Sauce makes it even better! 🧋 Drinks: Purple Rice Red Bean Yogurt & Lychee Jelly Iced Tea—both refreshing and delicious! 📍 LIC Foodhall 27-17 42nd Road, C3, Long Island City 💜 Follow for the latest NYC food finds—always a win! #NYCEats #LICNYC #FoodHall #AsianFood #MalaXiangGuo #QuickBites #AffordableEats #NYCFoodScene #QueensEats #FoodCourt #MustTry
