Lisbon's Mosteiro dos Jerónimos, founded in 1502, is located at the entrance of Lisbon's harbor and is one of the finest examples of the peak of Portuguese artistic achievement. The most striking feature is the 32-meter-high South Portal, adorned with numerous lifelike relief figures; the monastery's outer wall spans almost an entire street, featuring over 300 meticulously sculpted arches; the spacious courtyard is surrounded by two tiers of arcades, all exquisitely decorated with reliefs, decorative lines, and columns. 🎫 Ticket Prices: Adults: €12, Seniors (65+): Half price at €6 The ticket booth is located in a small kiosk opposite the monastery, accepting both cash and card payments. ⚠️ Attention: Facing the monastery entrance, there are two lines. The one on the right is for entering the church, which is free.
