London's Michelin Three-Star Restaurant: The Ledbury 🌟🌟🌟

Having recently been upgraded from a two-star to a three-star Michelin restaurant, some say the food isn't to their taste, but with venison on the menu that I've never tried before, I wanted to give it a go. However, the menu was changed on the night, substituting the venison with Yorkshire grouse, which is said to be available only in a few restaurants for a few weeks each year. πŸ¦ŒπŸ¦ƒ The overall experience was a pleasant surprise. For instance, one of my personal habits is to try the bread and butter if they are made in-house. The butter here had a different texture from what I usually have. I inquired and guessed correctly that it was made from sheep's milk, with a smooth texture that melts away with just a touch of the tongue. 🍞🧈 The other dishes were also delicious. Michelin restaurants can be a bit salty, but this one was slightly better in that regard. The portions were generous; although the menu listed only eight items, with the additional complimentary dishes, it exceeded 20 courses, giving me the first feeling of being so full I could almost vomit. 🍽️😱 At Michelin restaurants in London, they thoughtfully ask if you need a taxi when you're checking out. While waiting for the taxi, I was pacing around to aid digestion, and the driver even asked if I had overeaten at a buffet. πŸš–πŸšΆ The service was also commendable; I really liked their waitstaff. From the first girl who checked my reservation at the entrance, every staff member was exceptionally friendly and lovely. Seeing that I was alone, they would take turns to chat with me. πŸ’β€β™€οΈπŸ’¬ There is no dress code here; you can dress comfortably as you wish. However, everyone still dressed up a bit. I just wore a dress with a jacket and sneakers, and they didn't say anything about it. πŸ‘—πŸ‘Ÿ πŸ“Restaurant Name: The Ledbury, London #LondonFood #LondonTravel #LondonMichelin #UKTravel #UKFood
