Long Island, New York | Two Summer Restaurants 🍴

🌊These two trendy spots are right next to each other. If you want to visit both, you can order some snacks and sip some wine at each place. They have completely different styles! First Stop: Ocean ☀️ 📍 333 Bayville Ave, Bayville, NY 11709 This is a super chic and trendy spot. When you walk in, it feels like you’ve been transported to Mexico! The wooden decor is so natural and rustic. 🪵 🌊The cocktails are amazing, and the food is surprisingly delicious. I ordered the “catch of the day,” which was black bass served on buckwheat noodles. The dish was tangy and spicy, with so much flavor and a delightful surprise! The rice cracker was also huge and perfectly cooked. 🍖 Second Stop: Wall’s Wharf 🏝️ 📍 18 Greenwich Ave, Bayville, NY 11709 Right next to Ocean, this place is even more rustic. It’s mainly an outdoor seating area, with an old-school American bar and family restaurant vibe inside. But the real charm is the quiet beach area outside. 🌊I visited on a cloudy day, which had its own unique feel. On a sunny day, it would be even more beautiful—serene and peaceful, like a hidden paradise. 🌊 There’s no fancy decoration, just the beach and waves. It feels like a perfect spot to stop by in the afternoon for a drink and some sea views. The fried squid and shrimp balls were both delicious. If you want to visit both, you can start here for a drink and some chat, then head to Ocean for dinner. 🍤 🌊 Long Island in the summer really has some stunning restaurants. It’s like our own little Mexico! Haha. Perfect for family gatherings or dates, and both places are great for photos! 🌟 #LongIslandNY 🌃 #SummerEats 🍔 #BeachVibes 🏖️
