The head and roe were incredibly flavorful — perfect with rice 🍚! We got the signature style, but be warned: it gets a bit heavy and oily toward the end. We also ordered: 🦀 Crab & Fish Maw Soup – Smooth and rich 🍖 French-Style Beef – Tender but strongly seasoned, great with rice or beer 🐟 Black Bean Pepper Fish Fillet – Flavorful and punchy The ambiance is nice here — great for hosting friends or a special dinner! Henry’s Cuisine 🧑🍳 Personally, I prefer their Vietnamese-style lobster — it feels more like home cooking 🏡. The lobster is just as fresh, but they use less oil, so it’s less “bouncy” than Newport’s but highlights the natural sweetness better. The seasoning is well-balanced — not greasy, and you’ll enjoy it till the last bite!
