The matsutake mushroom season has finally begun, so I couldn’t resist revisiting Hayato for an unforgettable kaiseki experience! ✨🧡 🌽 Corn Tempura lived up to all expectations – so delightfully crispy, delicate, and perfectly golden! 🐟 Kinmedai, Mehikari, and Kinki – each piece was exceptionally fresh and grilled to aromatic perfection. That smoky-sweet aroma… absolutely divine! 🍁🔥 🦑 Simmered New Squid with Burdock – this was my first time trying new squid outside of sushi, and the texture was pleasantly unique, tender yet with a delicate bite! 🦀 Crab Rice Cooked in a Pot – loaded with a whole 1kg of succulent crab meat!
