Los Angeles Eats 🤔 | Pasadena's Hidden Gem Steakhouse 🥩

🍴【Alexander's Steakhouse】✨ Located right next to Pasadena City Hall, this steakhouse is 🔥! From the ambiance to the service and the dishes, everything is flawless. It's the perfect spot for dates or anniversaries! 💑 The servers are super attentive, explaining each dish in detail and recommending portions based on your taste and group size. The entire dining experience was fantastic! 🌟 We ordered the T-Bone Steak, which had a filet on one side and a New York strip on the other, satisfying two textures in one bite! 🥩 It was perfectly seared on the outside and tender on the inside, truly masterfully cooked! However, the server initially recommended their Tomahawk Steak, saying it's larger and better suited for sharing, with a superior texture. We'll have to try that next time! 🪓 The Scallops were golden and crispy on the outside, yet incredibly tender inside, paired with a unique sauce. Highly recommend! 🍤 The Sea Urchin Toast was my favorite dish of the night. The layers of flavor were so rich, and it was absolutely stunning with every bite! 🍞 The Fried Cauliflower redefined my expectations for cauliflower. Crispy outside and tender inside, with a sweet and sour dipping sauce that made it taste like fried chicken. However, it got a bit cloying after a couple of pieces, so be cautious if you're not into sweet flavors! 🥦 Oh, and there was this appetizer, some kind of crab shoot (P3), can't quite remember the name. The server specifically advised to down it in one go to fully experience the layers of flavor. Taste-wise, it was just okay, but it looked great in photos! 😂 Finally, since my friend had to catch a flight, we thought we'd skip dessert and just ask for the bill. But the server took a while to bring it, and it turned out they were preparing a little surprise for us—a cotton candy for my friend and a complimentary dessert! 🍭🍰 Gotta say, these French servers really know how to make an impression, giving my friend a memorable last meal in LA! ✈️ 🌟 Tips: It's advisable to make a reservation, especially on weekends, to avoid waiting. There's a parking lot diagonally across from the restaurant's plaza, just a 5-minute walk away, very convenient. #PasadenaEats #Steakhouse #DateNight #LAFood #LADiningGuide #LAFoodExploration #HiddenGemRestaurant
