Los Angeles Gastronomy | The Best Michelin Cuisine 🌟
🌟 Recommendation Index: 4.2/5 Recently, the 2021 Michelin Guide was released, and I discovered this one-star Michelin French restaurant located in Santa Monica. A couple of years ago in New York, I visited a newly promoted one-star French restaurant, La Coucou, but the traditional French cooking style didn't really suit my taste, and I've been less interested in this type of cuisine since. 🌟However, I personally love dishes like chicken liver and foie gras, and seeing their signature chicken liver toast immediately piqued my interest to give it a try! I didn't expect that the chicken liver dish from Bestia, which I previously considered the best in Los Angeles, would be quickly surpassed by Pasjoli's chicken liver toast, which has now taken the top spot in my heart for chicken liver dishes! I really enjoyed their chicken liver pâté, which was incredibly smooth and delicate, paired with a sauce in a small glass bowl beside it. Unlike the common sweet sauces, it was a savory onion sauce with a slight sweetness, and I could easily eat three plates of this by myself, no problem! 🥺 🌟Next up is their recommended duck three ways! Besides using the most exquisite parts for slicing and serving with a secret sauce made from the duck frame and other ingredients, which is salty and delicious, there's also a small pot stew made from other parts of the duck – it's like a Western-style three-course duck meal, haha! 😆 Finally, the chocolate soufflé was also perfect, a bit sweet but when paired with vanilla ice cream, the overall taste was very satisfying! The above are my must-try recommendations for you all! #LosAngeles #Gastronomy #Michelin #Foodie #FrenchCuisine #RestaurantHopping
