π The Experience Location: 1st floor of InterContinental SF (so fancy~) Service: Almost too attentive - the staff must've wished me "Happy Birthday" 20 times (my actual birthday isn't till next week π) Perks: Free champagne πΎ, birthday cake π, and a handwritten card from the chef! π½οΈ 8-Course Tasting Menu Highlights β Japanese Kampachi - So fresh it practically jumped off the plate π β King Salmon - Perfectly buttery melt-in-your-mouth goodness β King Crab - Sweet, delicate, chef's kiss π¨βπ³π β Pekin Duck - Crispy skin dream π¦ β οΈ A5 Wagyu Fail: Way too fatty (and came with beef ravioli?!). By this course, we were struggling π₯©π π Bread Service MVP: That honey-black sesame bread?
