Madrid’s Surprise - Paco Roncero: Full Marks for Value

🌟I did a little search for Michelin-starred restaurants in Madrid, and without much logic, I checked the Google ratings and saw that it was possible to make a reservation for one person, so I chose this one. 🌟So worth it, it’s amazing! But I don’t think the Wine Pairing is a must, because by the end, the sugar content is really high, and it’s quite a burden on the body, lol. But for those who enjoy drinking, it’s definitely worth it; the wine pairs perfectly with the food, making each dish even more exquisite. 🌟The main thing is that the overall price is very reasonable: 120€ for a lunch for one person is truly a steal. The whole experience is stunning, especially the first dish. As someone who usually dislikes olives, after trying this, my whole perception of olives was completely turned upside down. 🌟Tip: The whole restaurant is also very stylish.
