Madrid's Lesser-Known Hidden Gem Restaurant

A very authentic Galicia-Asturias restaurant in Madrid's Salamanca district, where you can always taste the freshness of the ingredients. For the first course, I ordered a dish of Tudela's ugly tomatoes with artichokes in arbequina oil. Both dishes can taste the sweet fragrance of their freshly grown vegetables, matched with a slight sprinkling of truffle flavor on top, it's a very good appetizer before the 🥩 dish, and the 🍅 is freshly sliced by the waiter. The second course was their sirloin and fillet steak. We shared 1Kg of 🥩 and a small plate of French fries among four people, which is a standard combination. To match the steak, we chose a bottle of red wine, La Pata Negra, which is usually selected by my Rioja colleague who knows the most about wine. The 🔥 degree is Hecho, which is well-done, and the price is 20€ per person. One order has one kilogram, which is enough for three people. For dessert, I ordered a baked cream cheesecake and lemon tart with meringue crust. Every time I go to a new restaurant, I must order a cheesecake, but this time I was deeply attracted by the 🍋 tart. Although it's slightly sweet for me who is on a sugar-free diet, it's very refreshing.
