Madrid 馃尦 Safari Madrid Zoo 馃

Today, I visited the Safari Madrid Zoo in Madrid, which takes about an hour to drive to. The entire visit took about two hours. It's suitable for those who really enjoy interacting with animals; otherwise, it's not worth the trip. 馃 Mini Zoo: You can watch performances by eagles and parrots! They'll pick children and women to come forward and hold the eagles. The showtimes on weekdays are 13:30 and 16:30. 馃悐 Alligator and Turtle Area: Though relatively small, it's worth a quick look. There's a picnic area next to this section with a canopy that's quite cool, perfect for bringing your own lunch. 馃 Free Animal Area: This area is super fun! You can feed zebras, ostriches, deer, goats, and more. There are also lions, but be careful not to roll down your windows! There are hippos, elephants, giraffes, and monkeys here too, but I found them boring as they are too far away 馃挬. 馃師 Ticket Information: The ticket price is about 22 euros per person. It's recommended to buy online in advance; buying on-site is around 24 euros. 馃 Tips: Be sure to bring a few bags of carrots! I only brought two bags, and it was not enough to feed these adorable little animals. The horns of the goats might bump into the car, and the bucks' saliva might drip on the glass, so we rented a car with full insurance. Car enthusiasts might want to consider that. 馃暟 Operating Hours: 10:30-19:00 #Madrid #ThingsToDoInMadrid #GoodPlace #WeekendGetaway #Zoo
