Tried another Italian spot today – authentic flavors and beautifully crafted dishes! 🍴 I asked our server if the Fettuccine had a gluten-free option, and he explained that only the Fusilli could be made gluten-free. I said, “No worries, I’ll stick with the Fettuccine.” But then, after taking our order, he came back and kindly double-checked: “Just to confirm – are you allergic to gluten? Unfortunately, the dishes you ordered do contain some gluten.” I replied, “It’s okay, I only have a mild sensitivity.” To my surprise, the server took the initiative and switched my order to Fusilli pasta on his own 😊 – such a thoughtful gesture! He also brought us takeout boxes in advance, knowing we might not finish everything. So attentive!
