Maggiano’s Little Italy – Denver Italian Restaurant

Today I tried another Italian restaurant — authentic flavors and beautifully presented dishes 🇮🇹🍽️. I asked the server if the Fettuccine had a gluten-free option, and he said only the Fusilli was gluten-free. I replied, “Then I’ll just have the Fettuccine.” After taking our order, the waiter came back to double-check: “Are you allergic to gluten? I’m sorry, but the dish you ordered does contain some gluten.” I said it was okay — I’m only slightly sensitive. In the end, the server kindly took the initiative to switch my order to Fusilli pasta 😊 — such a warm and thoughtful gesture! He also proactively brought us takeout boxes, worried we might not finish everything. So attentive!
