Maison Premiere: North America's Top 50 Bars, Ranked #33 🌟

Maison Premiere is the kind of place that hits you with its character the moment you walk in. Vintage lighting, marble tabletops, and shelves lined with absinthe bottles—it feels like New Orleans in the 1920s has been transported to Brooklyn. 🕵️‍♂️ 🎢 That night, I sat at the bar and crossed paths with Gabriel Basso, though we didn't get a chance to chat. The atmosphere was just perfect—everyone was in their own groove, and it felt like time had slowed down. 🕒 🌸 From Old King Cole Martinis to Moscow Mules and Coladas, each classic cocktail here has its own unique twist. The Old King Cole Martini, in particular, is a standout. I'd rank it in the top ten Martinis I've had in New York. Its origins trace back to the King Cole Bar at The St. Regis, and I’ll definitely be writing a separate post about it. This one is a must - try at Maison Premiere. 🍸 🌊 The highlight of the night was the oysters—freshly shucked from various East Coast regions, they were the epitome of freshness. The lobster pasta was a bit on the salty side but rich in flavor. The Dirty Martini was perfectly chilled, with a refreshing aroma. 🦪 🍃 Maison Premiere is the kind of bar that makes you want to come back. It's not just about the drinks—it's an old - New - York - style romance that you can't resist. ❤️ 📍Maison Premiere, Brooklyn #NYCBars #BrooklynVibe 🌃
