Manchester! I've Found My Soul-Mate Pasta and the Best Tiramisu Ever!
Today, I want to recommend an affordable handmade pasta place that’s truly one of the best Italian spots in Manchester! This place is all about great value—delicious and beautiful food that won’t break the bank. Every visit is a joy, and you won’t feel guilty about the expense! ⭐️ Onda Pasta Bar 🕰️ Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 12/4pm - 11pm ⭐️ Must-Try Dishes: 👉🏻 Spag Parsley The green pasta is absolutely stunning! It’s a garlic parsley pasta topped with breadcrumbs and chili flakes. The flavor is incredibly fresh! However, if you’re not a fan of celery or grassy notes, you might want to skip this one. 👉🏻 Carbonara This bacon and egg sauce pasta is super delicious! A classic that’s creamy and incredibly flavorful. Once you start, you won’t be able to stop! This is a must-order! 👉🏻 Lumache Nduja The snail-shaped pasta with vodka sauce is amazing! The pasta is slightly roasted, giving it a rich texture with both crispy and soft parts. You won’t taste the alcohol, but it’s super fragrant! ⭐️ If you love Parmesan cheese, you can add it separately to your pasta! 👉🏻 Pizzetta Anchovy Their pizza is always a delightful surprise. The crust is better than many pizzerias I’ve tried—soft, tender, and chewy. We chose the unique tomato and anchovy flavor this time, topped with olives and tangy capers. The mozzarella cheese is served separately, so make sure to add it on top! It’s both visually appealing and delicious! 👉🏻 Tiramisu You absolutely have to try this! It’s the best I’ve had in the UK! I’ve taken this tiramisu home multiple times. It’s made with sponge cake at the bottom, with a balanced coffee flavor and incredibly smooth mascarpone cheese. I truly love this place! It’s a perfect blend of value, quality, and convenience. Located in the heart of Manchester, it’s a must-visit, and I recommend booking in advance! #RestaurantHopping #GlobalEats #100RestaurantsChallenge #Manchester #ManchesterLife #ManchesterFood #ManchesterEats #ManchesterFoodie
