If a friend asks me to recommend a restaurant in Manchester, this is probably the first one that comes to mind! The location is quite unique, under a bridge near North Point. You need to ring the doorbell before entering, and someone will come to greet you. Reservations are a must (through Google Maps), as this place is incredibly popular and walk-ins are almost impossible (menu on the last page). š Handmade Pasta Their process involves choosing your pasta first, then the sauce. No matter which pasta you pick, go for the Chorizo sauce! The combination of tomato, cream sauce, and Chorizo is incredibly fragrant. š - PAPPARDELLE (wide noodles) are chewy and perfect for soaking up the sauce. - SPATZLE (a bit like gnocchi) has a great texture but is a bit firm. I prefer the wide noodles. š„ PIEROGI (Cheese & Potato Filling) Itās just okay. As a fan of traditional dumplings, Iād say stick to what you know. Unless youāre feeling adventurous, maybe skip this one. š® Panna Cotta This Italian dessert is topped with grapefruit sauce and infused with tea. The combination of creamy, tea-infused panna cotta with the tangy sweetness of grapefruit is truly amazing and not overly sweet! š š® TIRAMISU Itās pretty standard, with just the right amount of cream so itās not too rich or sweet.
