Manhattan: A Chinese Restaurant with High Aesthetics and Flavor ✨
I discovered a stunning Chinese restaurant in Lower Manhattan, and it’s a gem! 🦆 Every day at 🕕5pm, the restaurant opens its doors, and it’s always bustling with people right from the start! 🌟 🍽️ Duck Roasting Show I heard their roast duck is the star of the show, so I invited my friends to give it a try. We ordered a whole roast duck, and the highlight was the “flame show” 🔥 When the roaring flames engulfed the duck, the sense of ceremony was off the charts! The chef skillfully carved the duck right in front of us, beautifully plated it, and served it with lotus leaf pancakes and sweet bean paste. The first bite was rich, tender, and aromatic! 🍔 What was even more surprising was the “three ways to enjoy one duck” concept. Another part of the duck was smoked, infusing the meat with a smoky flavor that was truly unique. They even made a duck soup! 🍲 🦞 Lobster Mapo Tofu The traditional Mapo Tofu gets a luxurious twist with a whole lobster tail. Garnished with shredded green onions, the dish is aromatic and mouthwatering. The lobster meat is firm and chewy, while the tofu is smooth and delicate. It’s super satisfying and perfect with rice! 🦞 #NewYork #ChineseCuisine #DiningExperience 🌇🌟
