Manhattan’s Elegantly Royal Thai Cuisine(2)
👉 Red Curry Chicken 🐘 This red curry is fantastic, especially with rice. The only downside is that the chicken is a bit tough. This was my favorite dish of the night. 🍗 👉 Hor Mok Talay 🐘 A Thai coconut milk seafood dish served in a coconut shell. It’s quite tasty, though it doesn’t quite match the version I had in Pattaya. It’s rare to find this dish in American Thai restaurants, so I highly recommend it. 🍵 👉 Tom Yum Goong The soup is packed with shrimp, and for the first time, I had Tom Yum with scallions—it was excellent. 🦐 Overall Impression: Maybe my expectations were too high, but the dishes were just decently good, not quite as amazing as I had hoped. However, the ambiance is absolutely perfect, with a romantic, exotic vibe that feels like a royal Thai experience. The prices are reasonable, and the food quality is solid. It’s a great spot for a casual date night. 💕 Tip: We waited for an hour on a Sunday evening, so I recommend booking through Yelp to avoid the wait. The neighborhood is also quite charming and fun to explore. 😊 #NewYork #NYCFoodie #ThaiVilla 🌃🌟
