Manhattan Exclusive Thai BBQ Hot Pot! 🍖🔥

For meat lovers and hot pot enthusiasts, this place is a game-changer! I’ve tried many hot pots, but Thai-style is a whole new experience. The newly opened spot near Central Park has such a sophisticated vibe! 🌳 The secret to Thai hot pot is the grill in the center, surrounded by chicken broth for dipping vegetables—it’s like a modern take on traditional copper hot pot. 🍲 Eating big chunks of meat and then switching to light vegetables is the perfect way to balance flavors and avoid feeling too full. It’s a delightful experience! And you get to grill the meat yourself, with the staff guiding you on the perfect cooking times. 🌟 They offer a 2-person set for $140-$260, but we decided to order à la carte because we’re big fans of beef. We went for: Wagyu A5 Beef: The texture is incredible, with delicate marbling. Make sure to watch the cooking time—it’s best enjoyed tender and juicy! 🍖 Marinated Short Ribs: So flavorful and tender, with a next-level texture. Highly recommended! 🍖 Marinated Brisket: Another must-try. The marinade adds a rich aroma that’s simply irresistible. 🍖 We also got a large platter of vegetables, which were perfect for simmering in the hot pot until they were soft and delicious. 🥬 For our main course, we chose the Wagyu beef fried rice. The portion was huge—so big that two of us couldn’t finish it! The beef was incredibly aromatic. 🍔 We also tried the Tum Khao Pod, a classic Thai corn salad, which was absolutely delicious! 🌽 📌 Unglo Thai BBQ Average cost: $100 per person #NYCExplore #WeekendVibes #NYCFoodie 🌆🌟
