Manhattan Japanese Dining | Hi Collar 🍱🌟

Ever since they moved to their new location, I hadn’t visited until now, but the flavors are just as amazing as before! The new place is much bigger now. 🏙️ 🏙️ We ordered the Katsu Hayashi Rice and two pieces of fried beef. The sauce is made with mushrooms, onions, and beef. Hayashi sauce is typically cooked with beef broth, red wine, and tomatoes. 🍖 The Katsu Hayashi Rice was a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The fried beef was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfectly complemented by the rich Hayashi sauce. 🍖 The Romaine salad was fresh and crisp, providing a nice contrast to the hearty main dish. 🥬 We also had the Batsuni siphon coffee. The coffee was perfectly balanced—neither too strong nor too weak. It was a smooth and refreshing way to end the meal. I’ll definitely order it again next time! ☕️ The ambiance of the new location is cozy and inviting, with a modern touch that makes you feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing meal with friends or a quiet dinner for two. 🌟 🏙️ Hi Collar 231 East 9th Street, New York, NY 10003 #NewYorkFoodie #NewYorkFoodGuide #NewYorkRestaurant 🌆🍽️
