🍣Another day of traveling between SF and LA, and having the Amex Platinum card has truly transformed my experience! First up, I used the $189 Clear membership perk for a zero-wait security check-in, getting through in just 15 minutes. I never want to wait in line again! 🍣With the extra time, I headed straight to The Club at SFO Terminal 1, just a 10-minute walk from Terminal 2. 🍣I didn't have high expectations, thinking I'd just grab a quick bite, but the food was surprisingly delicious. The curry rice was flavorful and portioned just right—small enough not to be overwhelming, but you can always go back for more. 🍣The basil pesto shrimp was a standout—tender shrimp and a basil sauce that I could have happily eaten three servings of. I also enjoyed a dish I forgot to photograph: mussels with tomato sauce and a small baguette. The mussels were super fresh! The dessert pudding looked a bit like a Taiwanese taro pudding but was actually more on the American side and a tad too sweet.
