Stay a night in the nearby town, sleep in until you wake up naturally the next day, then head to the ruins at your own pace. Even better: arrive a little later to savor the evening before closing time, when the site is almost empty—pure magic. 🌙 Lie down on the grass, gaze up at the tall trees with their dense, sprawling branches, and let your mind wander: Did the ancient Maya ever lie here like this after a day’s work?
