Have any of you been to the #McKinnon Hotel in Shanghai? 🏨 Walking into this hotel felt like stepping back into McKinnon. Located in central Bangkok, near Central Plaza, it’s about a 400-baht, 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. 🎭 The entire hotel is inspired by 1920s Italian opera—dark, opulent, and full of ceremony, like entering an immersive theater. 🎭 💁 Booked through the official app for a basic room, but the front desk manager upgraded us to a duplex apartment suite on our first stay. The room is 76 sqm, spread over two floors with two separate entrances. The furniture feels a bit vintage, with remnants of the #AutographCollection everywhere. The bedding is incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows—I loved them! 🎭 The only downside was the loud air conditioning, which affected sleep. Also, climbing the stairs between floors was a bit tiring. 😅 #HotelLover #HotelAesthetics 🏨🌟
