Meat Lovers, Look No Further 🍖 Pig Ribs That Will Fill You Up

When it comes to Brussels, Belgium, besides fries and mussels, there’s also pig ribs! Amadeo is a chain restaurant in Belgium, and you can find its branches in Brussels, Antwerp, or Ghent. I was staying in Brussels, so I decided to go to the Amadeo Brussel store, which only operates at night. If you don’t want to wait in line, make sure to book a table in advance! As soon as the door opens, you’re greeted with the aroma of charcoal-grilled pig ribs. The interior is medieval vintage style, with glamorous crystal chandeliers, a wall of books, and red-and-white checkered tablecloths paired with wooden tables and chairs. It’s the perfect environment for a hearty meal 😋 There’s a bottle of wine on each table, but it’s chargeable. If you don’t want it, you can ask the waiter to take it away. In Europe, you must order a drink before your meal to complement the flavors. I recommend beer with the ribs to cut through the richness. Now, on to the main event!! All-you-can-eat pig ribs 🍴 Just tell the waiter you want the Spareribs all you can eat, and it’s yours for just €17.95 😱😱 In a place with high prices, being able to eat your fill of pig ribs for 17.95 euros is really a steal! My family ordered two portions of pig ribs and also tried a fish plate and a vegetarian dish. 🆘 I strongly suggest you stick to the pig ribs; the other dishes are not worth it. I’m a super non-picky eater and it’s hard for me to find food unappetizing, but even I was disappointed. Don’t try it lightly, folks 🤣 Back to the ribs, they soon made their grand entrance 🍖🍖 Think it’s just the ribs alone? Think again! Their best friends, roasted potatoes, and a lettuce salad also show up. There are about ten ribs, each substantial and tender, coming off the bone with a gentle bite. They have not only the aroma of charcoal grill but also a sweet flavor that’s easy on the palate. The potatoes on the side are a great addition, steamed and then roasted, drizzled with a cream that tastes a bit like turmeric. The fluffy texture is divine!
