Dry-style, intensely aromatic, and perfectly seasoned. Incredibly flavorful. 🐟 Sichuan Pickled Fish – Tangy and well-balanced. 🐂 Truffle Beef – Unbelievably good. The truffle and beef blend perfectly—so rich and fragrant my friend went out to buy truffle paste to try recreating it! 🍸 Cocktails: Oolongtini – Strong, tea-forward, and bold.
