Memoirs of Edinburgh Zoo 🪿

Ticked off the second most popular ticketed attraction in Edinburgh – the whole visit takes about 2 hours or so. Don’t set your expectations too high) But the weather was decent on the day I went with friends, and hiking and watching the little animals was quite relaxing. The variety of animals in the zoo isn’t particularly rich, and the number of animals is also relatively small. Many enclosures only have one or two animals… You might even encounter some animals that are off-exhibit 🥲 The penguin enclosure was crowded, mostly with families bringing their kids to play. There’s a restaurant and a dessert station nearby. Make sure to visit the Chinese red pandas, you’ll find them shortly after entering the park. Both cubs are super cute, 🥹 and their fur is beautiful (p14-16). There are zoo souvenir shops at the exit with various trinkets, jewelry, and plush toys, etc. 🎫 Ticket Purchase: Search for “Edinburgh Zoo” on the Get Your Guide app, Purchase tickets based on your desired date and time, Students can buy a student ticket for 21.5 pounds, remember to bring your student ID on the day of the visit.) Changing the time or canceling the tickets is free of charge. 🕯️ Tips: Try to go on a sunny day for a better experience. It’s advisable to pick up a zoo map at the ticket checkpoint, or you might get lost.) The zoo is on a hill, some slopes can be steep, so it’s best to wear sneakers. 📍 Edinburgh Zoo #Edinburgh #EdinburghZoo #24fall #UKTravel #AmazingMomentsWithWildlife
