It doesn't look like much and it's hard to tell what it is at first glance. But once you take a bite, I simply couldn't love it more! The outer layer is actually a fried egg🥚, wrapped around a roasted poblano pepper🫑 (a type of Mexican chili) and cheese🧀, smothered in a creamy white sauce! It's full of cheese flavor and rich, creamy goodness with a hint of chili spiciness. The texture is very rich!🥰 It's incredibly delicious, smooth, creamy, and a little spicy—a flavor I've never tasted before! Highly recommended🌟Must-order‼️ Quesadilla with Grilled Chorizo🫓 and Grilled Beef Tacos🌮 These are average, nothing special, but you can give them a try. Alambre de Pechuga🥘 Grilled chicken with peppers is also just average, at a normal level. It depends on personal preference, but generally, you won't be disappointed. Horchata🥤 This is incredibly delicious! It's a traditional Mexican drink, similar to a sweet rice milk beverage flavored with cinnamon. It's a bit sweet and reminds me of Korean sweet rice punch!
