Michelin One-Star omakasae restruant in NY--Kosaka
Here are a few that left a deep impression on me 👇🏼: 1️⃣ Tomato Mousse: The smooth mousse is wrapped with tangy tomatoes and pomelo flesh, served on a bed of fresh mozzarella cheese. It's delicious and full of creative points 💯. 2️⃣ Their sea urchin is incredibly fresh! Cold, sweet, and without a hint of bitterness (I really regret not ordering the Uni Platter). 3️⃣ The Toro has an exceptionally strong fattiness that bursts in your mouth as soon as you take a bite. 4️⃣ Canadian sweet shrimp is my favorite! Cold, bouncy, and very sweet, with a chewy texture! 🦐 5️⃣ We also added an Aburi sushi platter. I especially love the soft and sticky sweet shrimp after being torched, and the joy of biting into it with sea urchin is indescribable. 6️⃣ The nori on the outside of the hand roll is super crispy and fragrant, filled with fatty tuna belly and sweet pickled radish.
