Michelin-Recommended French Restaurant: Bouchon 🇫🇷

Bouchon — a former Michelin one-star ⭐️, now a Michelin Recommended spot. We’ve visited two locations: The Venetian, 10th floor, Las Vegas — with a lovely open-air garden open for brunch during the day. Napa Valley, California — right next to Bouchon Bakery (by the same Michelin-starred chef). Last time in Napa, we ordered à la carte for lunch. This time in Vegas, we tried their 3-course tasting menu. They served complimentary bread and a glass of champagne for each of us! 🥂 1st Course: We chose Escargot (butter-baked snails 🐌 with crispy croissant topping) and Foie Gras mousse. Also available: Goat cheese option. 2nd Course: We picked Halibut 🐟 (deboned tableside) and Ribeye 🥩.
