Michelin Restaurant Exploration ๐ŸŒŸ

๐ŸŒŸSashimi: The first plate featured two types of fish that were both very bouncy and paired with a unique transparent sauce. The second plate was softer and equally delicious. ๐Ÿฃ Fluke: The fluke was wrapped in shiso leaves and fried to perfection, giving off a delightful aroma. ๐Ÿ– Chicken: This chicken dish was a pleasant surprise. The skin was slightly crispy, while the meat was tender and flavorful. The Japanese sansho pepper on the side really enhanced the taste. ๐Ÿ— ๐ŸŒŸKagoshima A5 Wagyu Tenderloin (+$25): The Kagoshima A5 Wagyu was tender and flavorful, a solid choice. However, since the chicken on this menu was so good, it felt unnecessary to spend an extra $25 for the Wagyu. ๐Ÿ– Uni Ikura (+$30): I came for the sea urchin and salmon roe rice, and it did not disappoint. The amount of sea urchin was generous, making it a very satisfying dish. Although halfway through I wished it was on sushi rice, it was still excellent. ๐Ÿฃ ๐ŸŒŸChilled Soba: The complimentary cold soba noodles were refreshing and delicious! ๐Ÿœ Dessert: I was thrilled that it wasn't melon. The dessert was a peach mille-feuille and lavender honey ice cream. The mille-feuille was a bit rich and lacked a strong peach flavor, but the ice cream was quite good. ๐Ÿจ ๐Ÿ“ Hirohisa, 73 Thompson St, New York, NY 10012 #RestaurantExploration #Tonight'sDinner ๐Ÿ”
