Michelin Star Dining in Edinburgh 🌟 | The Kitchin

🍹 (Drink): The apple cider is a must-try! It’s so refreshing with a subtle alcohol taste that’s easy to drink. Each sip feels like biting into a juicy, fresh apple 🍎. The pear juice, however, isn’t highly recommended; it’s a bit too sweet and has an odd taste… 🍽️ (Main Dish): We ordered two surprise tasting menus, a true mystery box with no specific dishes listed. Everything was delicious 👌, especially the duck with carrot puree 🥕. The duck was incredibly tender, cooked to perfection with a slightly sweet glaze, and paired beautifully with the carrot puree and sausage 😍. The fish dish came with a side that seemed like a pickled vegetable, cutting through the richness. The scallop was served in its shell, very tender, possibly only two to three minutes cooked, and surrounded by a crispy pastry that I absolutely loved! 🍨 (Dessert): The chocolate mousse + ice cream 🍫 was delicious but not surprising, it was exactly what you’d expect in taste. In Summary: A fine dining experience with many locals dining, the place was packed when we visited. The service and flavors were excellent (with a few dishes being particularly stunning), making it a perfect restaurant for holidays or a date 🍴. #RestaurantRecommendation #EdinburghRestaurantExploration #Edinburgh #EdinburghFood #EdinburghTravel
